Q: How long does shipping take?

  • Our artists will design your custom art in 4-7 days
  • Once design is complete, your order is shipped to arrive in 5-7 days
  • If your order requires a new photo, please understand that this will lengthen the production time.

Q: Does The Family Pup provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: If you have received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

 Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A:  Personalized products are not eligible for a refund.  Read our return policy.

 Q: What can you expect from the digital enhancement?

Our digital edit is customized to convert the pet's face to the custom design. We can not edit the picture to close an open mouth, correct red eyes, fix the fur,  make changes to paws, body of the design or the pet's body.

Q: Does The Family Pup offer design change requests ?

A. Orders can be modified or canceled within 5 hours of placing your order. Any design changes after receiving the product will be considered as a new order.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the "Design" button to customize your order then the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order designed and shipped out to you as soon as possible!
