Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Time is 7-20 business days and we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
When combined with the amount of time it takes to process your order, you can expect your item to reach you between 10 to 25 days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
We offer standard shipping for all orders made on The Family Pup store.
All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Shipping times may also be subject to delays due to the current Covid-19 crisis.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
TheFamilyPup.com is not responsible for any customs fee and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
